This comprehensive program goes beyond theoretical planning by delivering fully up-to-code documentation that can be used to secure grants, permits, or present detailed proposals to community stakeholders. It’s designed to provide everything needed for successful project execution, maximizing support while minimizing costs.

Due to the depth and personalized nature of this program—which includes every element of our other pathways and more—we can only accept two participants per year.
