What does a land design include?

Each project is unique and has different needs. During our initial 30-minute consultation, we will establish your wants & needs as well as your budget in order to create a plan of action. Following this meeting, I will send a scope of work for your review. We can alter this document as many times as you need before our contract is signed.

Are your designs “up-to-code”?

All of our base designs are purely conceptual. However, engineering, landscaping, architectural, and construction plans can be provided at extra cost. Additionally, our team can assist in the permitting, zoning, and other land-specific CC&Rs for an additional cost.
